The 18th District Court has started the on boarding process for MiFile. This is a program sponsored by the Michigan Supreme Court in which all new civil cases are filed with the court electronically. This will be for General Civil Cases, Small Claims Cases as well and Landlord-Tenant cases.
The court anticipates that we will be able to utilize this program sometime in 2024. All filers will be required to utilize this process once we go live.
