The 18th District Court is committed to helping you clear up your outstanding obligations. The Court is providing you a way to clear your obligation in a fast, convenient, safe and secure manner. You can clear your warrant and take care of your obligations in three easy steps.
Step 1: Download the Advice of Rights. Read the form and sign at the bottom.
Step 2: Send us an email at tickets@18thdistrictcourt.com
We need your full name, your address and your phone number.
If you are able, attach a copy of the advice of rights with your email.
Step 3: A court appointed attorney will contact you at the phone number you provide in 3-5 business days. The attorney will go over the case with you, determine your options, and proceed from there.
Note: This process is conducted electronically. The court makes every effort to ensure that you are able to handle your business at a time that is best for you. In rare cases the court will mandate that you appear in person. This is a case-by-case decision.
